Day One at DISNEY WORLD

On Wednesday 11th March 1998 (the first day of my holiday in DISNEY WORLD, FLORIDA) I went to EPCOT where I saw three types of music played live in the World Showcase:-

MATSURIZA (Japanese Drumming)

The first piece of live music was to be found at the Japanese section of the World Showcase. This Japanese Drumming was performed for about twenty minutes by four people and was very powerful.

OFF KILTER

This band performed in the Canadian section of the World Showcase. They were a five piece band whom sounded to me more like a scottish band because they used Bagpipes. One of the tracks they performed was SWEET HOME ALABAMA (although with different town) which was originally done by LYNYRD SKYNYRD.

BRITISH INVASION (covers band)

This was in my opinion the best of the three bands, performing tracks from British artists of the 60's like THE BEATLES, HERMANS HERMITS, and THE ROLLING STONE. I liked them so much I saw them on at least two other occasions, once on 17th March and 23rd March (main review).
